Full Version: New Subversion repository for libwebcam/uvcdynctrl

Dear Linux users,

The latest version of the source code for libwebcam and uvcdynctrl is now publicly accessible from the Subversion repository here on the QuickCam Team website. You can check it out directly using the SVN client and the following URL:

http://svn.quickcamteam.net/svn/qct/Linux/

The repository structure, perhaps even the name, is very likely to change, but we didn't want to delay publishing this information because of the restructuring.

Cheers,
Martin
Will there also be debian packages?
And what is about luvcview? Does it still use the old controls?
There are no binary (or source, for that matter) packages at the moment, simply because no one's had the time yet to set up a builder. We were looking into using the openSUSE build service. So anyone who has time and interest to help out with that is welcome. :-)

luvcview now finally uses the new controls! This comes at the small price of having to download some header files from the uvcvideo and libwebcam repositories but luvcview's README file contains instructions for that. Please let us know if it doesn't work. Obviously, contributions in the form of patches are also very much appreciated!
