I'm using Logitech QuickCam for Notebooks Pro.
While applying in video-conference software,
I found the fps have been limited in 5 fps under the 1600*1200 resolution,
and 15 fps under the others smaller resolution.
It seems I never get 30 fps or even higher than 15 fps!
I've tried to use other cameras such as SONY or Panasonic,
both could achieve 30 fps in the video-conferece software I was using.
Even the notebook camera could perform higher fps than Logitech QuickCam for Notebooks Pro does.
I wonder if the problem was about the Logitech driver or hardware.
Is there any necessary conditions should be considered to get 30 fps?
Or maybe the encode method would cause such problem?
